Shearing Shed Contracting

Adams Shearing provides all types of livestock shearing from stations, farms right down to the Lifestyle Block and includes sheep, lambs and goats. Shearing facilities can be either in a shed, a yard or we can bring our mobile trailer. We are fully set up and independant to complete the job. We supply all the equipment required to complete the job. We generally supply our own provisions but some clients also supply us with refreshments and meals depending on the length of time we are there. Animals must be contained in a small area like yards, pen, shed and be dry.

Shearing facilities can be either in a shed or we can bring shearing trailers up to 5 stands. We are fully set up and independent and can supply all the equipment required to complete the job. We generally supply our own provisions but some clients also supply us with refreshments and meals depending on the length of time we are there. Animals must be contained in a small area like yards, pen, shed and be dry.

For the stations and larger farms we have up to 10 shearers available.

We will provide professional wool handlers if required.

For farms closer to Christchurch we generally will travel daily but if you have available accomodation for our team we can consider that as well. Meals can be provided by the farmer or alternatively we can bring our own. Terms discussed when you contact us.
